上海展浪信息技术有限公司 is seeking a NOC Analyst Tier I to be the first responder in the 24/7 Global Command Center, responsible for continuous infrastructure monitoring, initial alert triage, and accurate incident documentation.
You will monitor dashboards and alerting systems, log incidents with severity, perform basic troubleshooting, escalate complex issues per SOPs, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders while maintaining shift logs and contributing to runbooks and knowledge base articles.
