Responsibilities

Client Engagement:
Meet with potential and current clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide expert consultancy.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging insurance products to offer clients top-notch solutions.

Policy Design:
Customize insurance products tailored specifically to the unique requirements of each client.

Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly sales goals and quotas established by The Juris Agency.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and community stakeholders.

Training Participation:
Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Licensing:
Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance Producer license.

Experience:

Previous experience in insurance consulting or sales is highly advantageous.

Communication

Skills:

Exemplary verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Centric: A committed approach to understanding and meeting client needs.
