We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Finished Goods Supervisor to join the USCA Powder Supply Chain organization. Based within our USCA Powder manufacturing network, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing Finished Goods Planning, Production Scheduling, and Toll Production Planning activities while developing a high-performing team focused on service, inventory optimization, and operational excellence.

The Finished Goods Supervisor provides direct leadership to planners and schedulers across multiple manufacturing locations and serves as the operational owner for finished goods execution. This role partners closely with Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Raw Material Planning, Technical, and Commercial teams to balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory strategy, and business priorities.

This position plays a key role in strengthening execution ownership, standardizing planning processes, developing future supply chain leaders, and supporting strategic initiatives including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), inventory optimization, and continuous improvement.

You will report to the USCA Powder Supply Chain Manager.

What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Finished Goods Planners, Schedulers, and Toll Production Planners.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • Conduct performance management, coaching, development planning, and succession planning activities.
  • Build organizational capability through mentoring, cross‑training, and leadership development.
Finished Goods Planning & Scheduling
  • Serve as the functional backup for Finished Goods Planning and Scheduling activities, ensuring continuity of operations during planned and unplanned absences while maintaining service and execution performance.
  • Provide leadership for Finished Goods Planning, Production Scheduling, and Toll Production Planning across the USCA Powder network.
  • Ensure production schedules effectively balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory strategy, and operational constraints.
  • Lead execution reviews, schedule governance, and production prioritization activities.
  • Drive schedule adherence and execution consistency across manufacturing and tolling operations.
Inventory & Service Performance
  • Own Finished Goods inventory health, service performance, and planning execution metrics.
  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives while supporting customer service objectives and working capital goals.
  • Monitor KPIs including OTIF, inventory performance, schedule adherence, and planning accuracy.
  • Lead escalation management for service risks, supply disruptions, and execution challenges.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Raw Material Planning, Procurement, Technical, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to improve end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP), capacity planning, network balancing, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Drive planning standardization and continuous improvement across the USCA Powder network.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for planning and service performance issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, manufacturing operations, or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience leading projects, teams, or cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.
  • Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • APICS / ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Experience leading planners or supply chain professionals.
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.
  • Experience supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
