What you'll do:- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Inspect parts for quality and report defects
- Label, sort, and organize materials and products
- Assist with general production and warehouse tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new skills, including forklift operation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexible to work overtime as needed based on production demands
