Production Operator – 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Pay: $16.75–$17.50/hr

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; 2nd Shift-4pm-3am Monday-Thursday We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a full-time opportunity in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment with consistent hours and long-term stability. Responsibilities include assembling parts and components using hand tools and machinery, following detailed assembly instructions and production procedures, reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work orders, performing quality inspections to ensure products meet standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, working effectively with team members and supervisors, following all workplace safety procedures, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred, previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination, ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods, reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
