Sign On Bonus: $1,500 (payable after your first 30 days worked; you must be actively employed at the time of payout).
Shift: 2nd shift – 2:00 pm to 10:15 pm (Mon‑Fri).
Pay Range: $18.40–$25.80 per hour, with overtime and a 10% shift differential for off‑shift work. Starting pay is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications.

As a Level II Machine Operator, you will be part of our manufacturing team, producing fluid‑system components that meet the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for an entry‑level machinist who is eager to learn, can work independently, maintains high quality production standards, and recognizes when additional support is needed while maintaining a strong focus on safety. All tools and gauges necessary for success are provided.
WhatYou'll Do
- Participate in daily shift start‑up meetings, giving or receiving shift handoff reports.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard work instructions.
- Follow standard work instructions and quality plans according to specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, ring gauges, dial indicators, smart gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Monitor machine outputs, identify quality, machining, tooling, and process issues, and elevate them to support associates to resume production.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine machine care.
- Document production activities accurately and maintain manufacturing records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.
We're looking for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has a strong mechanical aptitude, takes pride in producing high‑quality parts, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
QualificationsSuccessful candidates will have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting fractions and decimals.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Even better if you have:
- Machining experience or a mechanical background.
- Experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to work overtime hours as needed.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.
- Lifting materials weighing 25–35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Working safely around manufacturing equipment.
- Passing required vision acuity testing, where applicable.
