Machine Operator / Production Associate – 1st Shift

We’re hiring a Machine Operator in Strongsville for a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a great fit for someone who’s detail‑oriented, comfortable with measurements, and ready to jump into a steady, hands‑on role.

• Set up and run slitting machines
• Install blades, spacers, and tooling for each job
• Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed
• Read production schedules and specs
• Measure materials using rulers and gauges
• Inspect product for quality and consistency
• Keep your work area clean and safe

• Machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a ruler and work with fractions (math test required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work at a steady, fast pace
• Basic computer skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
