Operators must be highly safety conscious, quality focused, proficient, and accurate using tape measures, mechanically inclined, and experienced in computerized reporting.

• Maintain a safe working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reporting unsafe conditions and incidents.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Maintain company's quality standards.
• Run the job by starting the machines and monitoring the production.
• Properly label all rolls produced.
• Adjust the machine during the run and respond to problems found during visual inspection.
• Review the packing specifications by locating the information in the computer system to ensure the customer specifications are met.
• Inspect film each day for any defects.
• Review packing specifications.
• Must be willing to work in other departments and/or areas and complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three years of experience preferred.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Ability to multitask and read production tickets.
• Ability to perform math calculations including fractions.
• Must be able to read tape measure, including micrometer.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch, or stand for extended periods of time.
