Machine Operator | $34.49 HR | 1st Shift
We are looking for a Crusher Operator to support production operations in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, package, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Monitor production processes and record production data accurately.
- Perform visual quality inspections on products and materials.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Assist with basic machine troubleshooting when issues arise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Support production needs across multiple departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience operating equipment, forklifts, or material handling machinery.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work around heat, noise, dust, and other manufacturing conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- SAP experience is a plus but not required.

- Must wear steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, and other required PPE.
- May require overtime, weekends, and flexible scheduling based on production needs.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Strongsville, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.49 - $34.49/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
