Company Description
- Company is a highly automated high volume manufacturer
- Company has over 75 years of industry experience
- Company is expected to grow substantially over the next two years!
- Supervise and lead a team of 8–9 operators
- Provide hands‑on support on the production floor as needed to maintain workflow efficiency
- Troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production
- Monitor and drive production goals to ensure all targets and deadlines are consistently met
- Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Background in chemical manufacturing preferred; candidates with linear manufacturing experience will also be considered
- Experience with color matching processes is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with linear manufacturing principles, including the flow of raw materials through to finished products
