Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to support light manufacturing and plant general operations in Strongsville, OH. This contract/temporary opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience who enjoys active work, quality-focused tasks, and contributing to a safe, productive team environment. In this role, you will help fabricate and finish wood products through cutting, shaping, sanding, assembling, coating, labeling, inspection, and general production support.
The work environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, quality, and reliable production output. Candidates can expect supportive leadership, clear expectations, and the opportunity to build practical manufacturing skills while working alongside experienced plant staff and production coworkers.
- Set up and operate tools, machinery, and equipment used for cutting, shaping, sanding, assembling, coating, and finishing wood products.
- Inspect materials and verify product dimensions to identify defects and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
- Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, painting, labeling, hauling pallets, and maintaining organized work areas.
- Assist production operators with equipment changeovers, setups, adjustments, shutdowns, and downtime cleaning tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, training standards, and housekeeping expectations throughout the plant.
- Support production goals, product quality, customer satisfaction, and daily operational efficiency.
- Pay: $17 to $21 per hour.

Day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. - Overtime:
Available, including some weekends. - Work Environment:
Primarily indoors in a light manufacturing plant with seasonal temperature fluctuations.
