Shift: 2nd shift - 3:00 pm - 11:15 pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay & Total RewardsThe pay range for this position is $18.40-$25.80 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and 10% shift differential when working an off‑shift. The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.
This position comes with a $1,500 sign on bonus, which is payable after your first 30 days worked. You must be actively employed with us at the time of payout to receive the sign on bonus. Sign‑on bonus payments are subject to any legally required or elected with holdings, and applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

As a Level II Machine Operator , you'll be part of our manufacturing team, producing fluid‑system components that meet the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for an entry‑level machinist who is eager to learn, can work independently, maintain high quality production standards, and recognize when additional support is needed while maintaining a strong focus on safety. You’ll be provided all the tools and gauges necessary to be successful in your role.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn every day, continuously expanding your technical knowledge gaining experience working on a variety of machines producing various parts in a clean, modern, temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment.
What You'll DoYour day will include a variety of responsibilities that keep production running safely and efficiently, including:
Follow Swagelok’s production system such as participating in a daily shift start‑up meeting with your team. You’ll give or receive a shift handoff report that sets the incoming or outgoing shifts up for success.
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard work instructions.
Follow standard work instructions and quality plans according to specs.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, ring gauges, dial indicators, smart gauges, and other inspection tools.
Monitor machine outputs. Identify quality, machining, tooling, and process issues and identify to support associates to resume production.
Complete preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
Document production activities accurately and maintain manufacturing records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.

Successful candidates will have:
High school diploma or GED.
Basic math skills, adding and subtracting fractions and decimals
Self‑motivated with an ability to learn in a fast‑paced environment
