Production Supervisor-Production Supervisor - Wood Fabrication and Millwork

Certain Teed Architectural 's Wood Center of Excellence, based in Strongsville, Ohio, has an excellent career opportunity for a Production Supervisor with experience in millwork or wood fabrication.

The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting the established Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost (SQDC) through continuous improvement (CI) and fostering a TEC (trust, empowerment, collaboration) for the production team. Additionally, this position will serve as a Safety Champion for the plant, promoting an autonomous safety culture to keep employees/equipment hazard-free.

• High school diploma or GED is required. Post high school education is preferred.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing or 3 years of military experience is required.
• Experience in wood products manufacturing, millwork and/or finishing is highly preferred
  .
• Demonstrated leadership ability is required.
• Experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) / Lean methodology is preferred.
• Safety experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
