Job DescriptionBeing an Associate is a crucial role here y are responsible for creating a memorable experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our bidders to return. Accuracy and efficiency is the cornerstone of our success as a business and being an Associate is one of the best ways to start out here s position requires somebody who has a desire to directly impact the success of a business with their exceptional customer service, work ethic, and attention to detail.
We’re a fast paced but casual work environment that’s moving into a new growth stage and need people who are excited and passionate about the work they do and the team they are part of!
- Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick up process
- Prepare for auction pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items accordingly
- Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items
- Perform customer checkout procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Lot product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items
- Stay informed and adhere to BidFTA policies and procedures
