The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and work to improve efficiency across all store processes. They apply creative expertise for floor set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, while also leading talent initiatives such as recruiting, training, engagement, and development.

- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
- Train and develop non‑management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems.
- Fulfill omni‑channel orders.

- Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
