As a Front Counter Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their experience. Whether it’s helping someone select the perfect piece of jewelry, answering questions about our services, or ensuring smooth transactions, you’ll play an essential role in making every visit to Body Jewel exceptional.

• Welcoming customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assisting customers in selecting jewelry that fits their style and needs.
• Answering questions about our products, piercing services, and aftercare.
• Managing transactions efficiently and accurately at the front counter.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Supporting the team to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

• Have a friendly, approachable personality and excellent communication skills.
• Are passionate about jewelry, fashion, or self‑expression.
• Are detail‑oriented and able to handle transactions with accuracy.
• Can work well in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment.
• No prior experience? No problem! We’re happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• 2% sales commission on all sales you personally ring up each week (after your training period).
