Part-Time Key Holder

-Ensures the store is always managed efficiently and professionally pursue sales growth by greeting and developing rapport with customers. Provides attentive service on the sales floor and closes sales by suggesting additional items and reinforcing customer decisions.

-Open and close the store per company/store guidelines

-Demonstrates knowledge of merchandise, current marketing campaigns and instore promotions.

-Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.

-Maintains and enforces company standards in regards to selling, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention and operational activities.

Qualifications:

-Experience in competitive selling environment.

-One year of prior key holder experience, a plus.

-Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

-Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

-Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends and holidays.

Skills:

-Proficient with basic technology (POS and microsoft office programs)

-Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

-Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

-Ability to react under pressure and use good judgement in ambiguous situations.
