Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Strongsville, OH. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales floor supervision, visual merchandising, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. The Assistant Store Manager helps drive sales performance, coaches and develops team members, and promotes high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and contributing to loss prevention efforts. This role also involves communicating store goals, modeling company values, and supporting an engaging and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build relationships and create memorable experiences.
• Store operations skills, such as Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention, with experience supporting sales goals and managing inventory controls.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Previous retail or customer-facing supervisory experience, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or specialty retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications; comfort learning new technology tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example, collaborate with diverse teams, and uphold company policies and ethical standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
