• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs deeply and proactively identify opportunities to offer tailored insurance solutions and consulting advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention and growth.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and present value.
• Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.
• Track and report on key account metrics and performance indicators.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
