General Laborer

Position: General Laborer in Strongsville OH. Full-time/Monday through Friday/Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed

Our client is seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to assist with residential and commercial renovation projects. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This position supports skilled tradespeople and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup activities.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and other renovation-related tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Remove debris and dispose of materials according to company procedures.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with project tasks as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.

• Previous construction or renovation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an asset.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
