Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations).
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.
- Translate business requirements into well‑architected solutions using Salesforce and other tools.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver quality business solutions.
- Perform regular code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce development standards.
- Handle integration between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, etc.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
- Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability.
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.
- Knowledge of XML, Java, JSP and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of computer development software such as SQL, Visual Basic, etc.
