Senior Technical Analyst – Integration & Marketplace Services

Foundation Software is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst – Integration & Marketplace Services to help drive our growing integration ecosystem and marketplace platform.
In this role, you'll partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, implementation teams, vendors, and technology partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integrations that power our products and customer experience.
What You'll Do- Support and enhance our enterprise iPaaS platform and API ecosystem.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Coordinate integration delivery across internal teams and external partners.
- Lead partner onboarding, marketplace certification, and operational support.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and improve reliability.
- Promote API-first design, reusable integration patterns, and operational excellence.
- 5+ years supporting enterprise software, APIs, or integration platforms.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, webhooks, and middleware/iPaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern integration architectures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our integration platform, helping customers and partners connect with Foundation Software through scalable APIs, marketplace services, and modern cloud technologies.
