Position Overview

Strongsville, OH;
Cleveland, OH;
Dallas, TX;
Phoenix, AZ;
Denver, CO; or Birmingham, AL.

• Design, develop, test, and support Microsoft 365 solutions utilizing SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SPFx, Power Shell, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain custom SharePoint components such as web parts, extensions, and workflows.
• Develop client‑side solutions with SPFx, JavaScript/Type Script, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Create and refine Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and other Power Platform components to automate business processes.
• Implement and support Power Platform pipelines to promote solutions across environments.
• Automate administration, deployment, reporting, and maintenance tasks using Power Shell and related tooling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, QA, security, and operations to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.
• Follow secure coding, application lifecycle management, governance, and release management practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes and enhancements.
• Document solution designs, configuration details, deployment steps, and operational support procedures.

• 3+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience, preferably supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions, pages, site structure, solution support).
• Hands‑on development of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions using JavaScript or Type Script.
• Experience with Power Platform tools – Power Apps, Power Automate, and solution‑aware lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform pipelines and environment promotion practices.
• Proficiency with Power Shell for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, JSON, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Understanding of security, governance, performance, and support considerations for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and distributed team experience.

• Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
• Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Write code, test, and deploy software.
• Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software.
• Maintain and debug software.

Base Salary: $86,250.00 – $ (may vary by location, market data, and individual qualifications). The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual performance.
