We are seeking a highly experienced and hands‑on Senior Software Architect to lead the architecture, design, and engineering of large-scale banking applications. This role requires a strong history of Java application development
, deep expertise in distributed and web‑based systems, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have progressed from a hands‑on Java developer into an architecture leadership role while continuing to remain technically engaged. The architect will lead the design of cross‑functional, multi‑platform application ecosystems and define application components, integration patterns, platforms, interfaces, engineering standards, and development tools.
Candidates should bring prior experience working in a technology consulting organization such as Incedo or a similar engineering‑led consultancy
, with demonstrated success delivering enterprise solutions for banking or financial‑services clients.

- Strong and demonstrable history of hands‑on Java development

- Prior experience with Incedo or a comparable technology consulting, digital engineering, or product engineering organization
