** Senior Ecologist
** to join our growing Ecology Team at

What you’ll be doing

No two days will look the same. You could be:
Leading ecological surveys and guiding projects from the first site visit to final report.
Investigating protected species and uncovering the hidden wildlife stories of a site.
Mapping habitats, assessing ecological value, and finding practical solutions.
Turning field discoveries into clear, high-quality ecological reports.
Working with clients, contractors, regulators, and communities to make good things happen.###  Why Lucion?

** Sustainability** – protecting the world we all share.###  The kind of person we’re looking forYou’ll already have experience in ecological consultancy and be comfortable taking the lead. You’ll bring: A relevant degree (2:1 or above).
CIEEM membership (Associate level or above).
3+ years’ consultancy experience.
At least one Natural England protected species licence.
A full driving licence.
