Pay& Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Basic (Competitive hourly rate depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM |
Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Saturdays: None – Enjoy an early Friday finish and your weekends entirely off!

WhatYou’ll Be Doing
As a vital member of our specialized technical team near Stroud, you will:
- Use modern diagnostic software and technical schematics to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
- Conduct specialist workshop tasks, including advanced ADAS and geometry calibration.
- Perform routine servicing and intricate repairs on engines, transmissions, braking, and suspension systems.
- Maintain and repair specialist fleet vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest safety and VOSA standards.
- Complete light welding and equipment maintenance when required while keeping a clean, safe bay.
- Collaborate closely within a dedicated, expert team to uphold our 5-star customer trust rating.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is preferred (F-Gas accreditation is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Workshop Mechanic.
- Skills: Confident utilizing high-end diagnostic tools, interpreting data, and working independently on complex technical faults.
- Compliance: A full UK driving licence is required (a C1 category licence is a distinct advantage).
- Mindset: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a pride in engineering excellence.
