- The Pay: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (flat basic salary tailored to your experience and skillset).
- Early Friday Finish: Work Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00
, and enjoy a half-day every single Friday, working 08:00 – 13:00

Working in our active Stroud workshop, you will:
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing
, safety inspections, braking overhauls, suspension work, and general mechanical repairs
. - Use up-to-date diagnostic tools and multi-brand software to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
- Maintain clean, precise, and methodical workmanship to deliver high-quality, "first-time fix" results across a wide variety of makes and models.
- Work productively alongside a skilled team of motor mechanics to keep the workshop operating safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

A proven track record working as a Vehicle Technician
, Car Mechanic
, or Service Technician in a professional garage setting. - The
Skills:
Strong working knowledge of general vehicle servicing, major mechanical components, and diagnostic fault-finding procedures. - The Mindset: A reliable, self-motivated professional with great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and your own tools.
- The Basics: A full UK driving licence is essential.
