Mechanical Fitter

£15.50 - £16.80 per hour (£40,000-£45,000 OTE) + Bonus + Overtime + Progression.

Location:

Stroud.

We are looking for a mechanical fitter or similar professional to join our aviation market‑leader, where you will receive extensive training in bespoke equipment and have multiple progression pathways. This hands‑on role involves building, installing, and maintaining bespoke equipment within our mechanical division, using tools to assemble parts such as pumps, valves and pipes, and conducting fault‑finding, repairs and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install fluid transfer systems.
Carry out maintenance, fault‑finding and repair.
Check systems for faults and ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

Background in pneumatics, hydraulics or pipe bending.
Commuter to Stroud.
