The Rewards- Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per year (Tailored directly to your technical experience and skill level).

Your RoleAs a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our Stroud bays, you will:
- Carry out routine maintenance and premium vehicle servicing to exceptionally high standards.
- Use modern diagnostic equipment for precise fault-finding and mechanical problem-solving across various makes and models.
- Handle a wide range of mechanical repairs and complete thorough vehicle preparation.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safety-first workshop standards to keep the facility running efficiently alongside a skilled team.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 is preferred, but time-served technical experience is highly valued. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
- Experience: Proven track record working as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic in a professional workshop setting.
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is required.
An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not essential. - Equipment: Must possess your own hand tools to manage daily repair and diagnostic tasks effectively.
- Key Strengths: Strong mechanical skills, a positive attitude, and a collaborative team-player approach.
Based in Stroud, our modern facility offers a quick and straightforward daily commute for candidates travelling from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Dursley, Stonehouse, and surrounding Gloucestershire areas.
