Supplemental Support Teacher (Literacy Intervention) - Struthers Elementary School Grant-Funded Position

This is a one year grant funded position (annual renewal contingent upon grant funding). The Struthers City School District is seeking a qualified educator to serve as a Supplemental Support Teacher (Literacy Intervention) through a grant-funded school improvement initiative. This position is designed to provide targeted supplemental literacy intervention to students in grades K4 with a focus on improving literacy outcomes through evidence-based practices aligned with the Science of Reading.

The Supplemental Support Teacher will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, intervention staff, special education staff, and administrators to provide intensive literacy instruction, monitor student progress, and implement evidence-based interventions designed to accelerate reading achievement. This position provides supplemental instructional services beyond core classroom instruction and required special education services and supports the district's school improvement goals.
