The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning programs that support employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
This role plays a key part in modernizing onboarding, building internal training curriculum, and supporting HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Redesign and enhance onboarding to improve new hire experience and speed-to-productivity
- Develop and implement structured training programs and curriculum
- Partner cross-functionally to identify skill gaps and development needs
- Support organizational change and HR transformation initiatives
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences (in-person, virtual, self-paced)
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback
- Create and manage learning materials (presentations, guides, e-learning)
- Support leadership development and career growth initiatives
- Maintain and optimize LMS content and reporting
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions
- Promote a culture of continuous learning
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2–5 years in Learning & Development
- Experience designing onboarding programs and training curriculum
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives preferred
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
- Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools preferred
