Haven Home Care is expanding into Eastern Ohio and seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a per-visit role across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. You are compensated for each completed visit or task with mileage reimbursement; initial hours are modest as we build our client base.
The LPN will perform supervisory visits every 60 days, complete open visits, and participate in pre-employment testing for aides, without providing skilled nursing care or medical assessments.
