Rudzik Excavating, Inc. is seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator for an on-site role in Struthers, OH. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery, performing excavation tasks, maintaining equipment, and working as part of a team to complete site construction projects. Daily activities include operating a variety of heavy equipment, performing routine inspections and maintenance, and adhering to company and safety standards.

• Experience in operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, and excavators
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues
• Knowledge of excavation techniques and processes
• Familiarity with both new and used heavy equipment
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and operational best practices
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain certifications as required
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Prior experience in excavation or construction is preferred but not required
