Position: Luxury Home Superintendent - Stuart, FL
The Superintendent will oversee and coordinate daily construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within established timelines. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality standards and fostering effective communication between teams in the property construction industry. Client Details Our client is a Florida-based custom home builder specializing in high-end residential construction, delivering luxury custom homes with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, detail, and client experience.

They collaborate closely with architects and designers to execute complex builds and are known for maintaining high standards, hands-on project management, and consistent quality across a growing pipeline of projects. Description Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and standards are met. Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to address challenges and streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications. Assist in the management of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and progress. Foster a positive and productive work environment for all on-site personnel. Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards, particularly in property construction. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to lead and motivate construction teams while fostering a collaborative work environment. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation. Strong communication skills to liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on-site.

Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. Assistant Superintendent should have 2+ years of experience. Established Superintendents should have 7+ years of experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health/medical, dental, and 401(k) contributions.
