We are Hiring a Team of Customer Service Representatives!!

Job Description

The CSR will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The comprehensive training program includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Responsibilities

+ Schedule and dispatch service efficiently.

+ Assist with billing disputes and ensure resolution.

+ Manage gas refills and address equipment safety concerns.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

+ Ability to perform manual order entry.

+ Basic computer navigation skills.

Work Environment

The position is located onsite in Stuart, FL, within an air-conditioned office setting that fosters a collaborative team environment. The training schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, encompassing three weeks of classroom learning and one week of hands-on experience. There are 12 positions available with various shift schedules.

Shift options include:

8 AM to 5 PM with days off on Sunday and Thursday

9 AM to 6 PM with days off on Sunday and Wednesday

10 AM to 7 PM with days off on Sunday and Wednesday

10 AM to 7 PM with days off on Sunday and Saturday

11 AM to 8 PM with days off on Sunday and Monday

11 AM to 8 PM with days off on Tuesday and Saturday

12 PM to 9 PM with days off on Wednesday and Thursday

12 PM to 9 PM with days off on Friday and Saturday

12 PM to 9 PM with days off on Sunday and Monday

1 PM to 10 PM with days off on Thursday and Saturday

1 PM to 10 PM with days off on Friday and Saturday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
