Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Comprehensive training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Work Environment

The position is onsite at an air-conditioned office in Stuart, FL. The training schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM for three weeks of classroom training followed by one week of hands-on training. The collaborative team environment offers various shifts, including weekends, to accommodate flexible schedules. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
