Delivery Service Dispatcher
Stuart, FL | Onsite
Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week (4x10 Schedule)
What You'll Do
- Take customer calls and enter service requests into the system
- Create and manage tickets for billing issues and CO2 tank service
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for deliveries, refills, and equipment service
- Coordinate service calls and help ensure timely completion
- Handle order entry and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with customers, technicians, and internal teams to resolve issues
What We're Looking For
- Customer service, call center, dispatch, or logistics experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with order entry, scheduling, or administrative support preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
