Customer Service Representative - Call Center

Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes and troubleshooting issues over the phone. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

This position is onsite at Stuart, FL, in an air-conditioned office setting with a collaborative team environment. The training schedule is Tuesday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, consisting of 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break. The work schedule varies with five available positions, including shifts from 6am to 5pm with days off on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and shifts from 11am to 10pm with similar days off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL. The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
