Position Overview

Outpatient psychiatric practice seeking a Psychiatrist to join its growing team in Florida's highly desirable Treasure Coast region. The organization is focused on delivering comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a long-term mission centered on serving Veterans, First Responders, individuals affected by PTSD, and the broader community.

Position Highlights

* 100% outpatient psychiatry practice

* Flexible schedule with virtual/telemed options

* No call responsibilities, No weekends

* Patient volumes of approximately 8-10 patients per day

* Integrated care model combining medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and family involvement

* Access to in-office Neuro Star TMS technology

* Potential partnership opportunity available

* EMR platform includes voice-to-text functionality with AI enhancements

Compensation & Benefits

* Total compensation potential of $325,000-$350,000

* Performance-driven bonus structure based on clinical quality, outcomes, and patient care
