School Psychologist - Stuart, FL

This full-time contract opportunity is set in a supportive educational environment, working on-site across three campuses and servicing a diverse Pre-K through 8th-grade population.

Beginning August 5, 2026 and running through June 1, 2027, you'll collaborate closely with school teams to deliver comprehensive psychological services, including testing, counseling, and participating in key meetings affecting student success. The district moves quickly to interview and extend offers, allowing you to plan your next career step with confidence.

Key

Qualifications:

• Active Florida School Psychologist license (DOH)
• Experience in K-8 or Pre-K-12 educational settings preferred
• Background in psycho educational testing, counseling, and report writing
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site across multiple campuses (Ft. Pierce, Westwood Pre-K, Northport K8)
• Completion of required fingerprint/background checks (may utilize existing DOH fingerprints)

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings, share insights with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide short-term counseling and support to students on caseload
• Advise teachers, staff, and families on intervention strategies and accommodations
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district policy
