Are you passionate about creating great experiences for others? As a server in our food service outlets, you'll often be the first-or last-interaction our guests have during their visit. Your warm smile and positive attitude help set the tone for their entire experience.
In this role, you'll be a key part of delivering exceptional guest service. If you're proactive, personable, and take pride in being dependable, we want to hear from you! At Concord Hospitality, we believe in fostering a supportive and respectful workplace where everyone is valued.
Pay: $10.98 per hour + tips
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional service by presenting and serving our delicious menu items to guests.
* Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even during high-volume or unexpected situations
* Make sound decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
* Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and well-organized
* Demonstrate reliable and punctual attendance
* Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Engage with and understand our guests, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
