We are seeking a CSR/Account Manager

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Superior Insurance Partners can provide.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls.
  • Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Skills:
  • 2+ years of client service experience
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS
    360 a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
