Delivery Service Dispatcher
The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Log calls and create service tickets accurately.
- Schedule and dispatch service for CO2 tank servicing.
- Assist in resolving billing disputes.
- Coordinate gas refills and address equipment safety issues.
- Ensure effective communication with customers and service teams.
Essential Skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in logistics coordination or dispatching.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Clerical and manual order entry skills.

Work Environment
This position is onsite at Stuart, FL, in an air-conditioned office setting with a collaborative team environment. The training schedule is Tuesday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, consisting of 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break. The role offers a supportive team culture, a clear career path, and opportunities for advancement. The work schedule varies with five available positions, including shifts from 6am to 5pm with days off on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and shifts from 11am to 10pm with similar days off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
