Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) night shift position requiring open heart pre/post-op competency and advanced cardiac device management.
Responsibilities- Work in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) at a hospital setting
- Care for patients requiring pre- and post-operative open heart care
- Management of advanced cardiac devices including Impella, IABP, and CRRT
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Responsible for advanced cardiovascular patient monitoring and device management
- Assignments cannot exceed 18 consecutive months at any Cleveland Clinic location
- Travelers must wait at least 6 months before returning to any Cleveland Clinic location after assignment completion
- First-time travelers will be considered
- Active FL or compact RN license required
- Demonstrated competency in pre- and post-op open heart care
- Experience managing Impella, IABP, and CRRT devices
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of driver’s license and Social Security number required for consideration
