Job Details:

• 36 guaranteed hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 guaranteed hours for 8/10 hour shifts

• 1-2 years Open Heart ICU experience with ventilator management required

• Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

• Experience with Swans, IABP, Impella, Hemodynamics and post heart recovery required

• EPIC charting system experience required

• White scrubs required

• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required

• Skills required include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care, continuous IV sedation, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, ABG interpretation, and isolation precautions

• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum for each

• Time-sensitive modules must be completed pre-start (6-15 hours average, non-billable)

• All RTO must be submitted upfront at time of application

• First-time travelers accepted

• 18 months experience minimum required, 2 years preferred
