Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Certifications:
Yamaha, Mercury (V12).
Pre-Employment:
All applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sterndrive, outboard repair, and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of electrical diagnostic tools and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems with all types of equipment.
- Willing and able to educate themselves with OEM technical training/requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Conditions:
Ability to work in various weather conditions with prolonged standing or stooping. Elements such as dust, dirt, fumes, vibration, noise, and chemicals may be present.
