Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day field operations, maintaining safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Lead weekly jobsite and safety meetings.
• Updating the project schedule and collaborate with ownership and design teams.
• Attending owner meetings and help drive closeout efforts.

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent should have:

• 4+ years of Superintendent experience - leading projects from start to completion
• Ground-up or renovation experience on projects $10M+ (any sector).
• MA CSL (REQUIRED)
• Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam or other construction related software
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or other related field (preferred)
• Strong communication skills + time management
