Sturbridge Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant, to join our thriving practice.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Partner with orthodontists to deliver top-tier care and create confident, healthy smiles.
- Capture and process dental records (x-rays, scans, impressions) with precision and care.
- Educate and empower patients with oral hygiene tips and treatment guidance.
- Keep our clinical space running smoothly—sterilize instruments, prep materials, and manage lab duties.
- Be a friendly face—greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visit.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
- An Orthodontic Assistant (preferred) or Registered Dental Assistant.
- Comfortable with health and safety regulations and clinical standards.
- Excited to learn and grow—experience with orthodontic software is a plus, but we’re happy to train.
- A people person through and through—someone who connects easily with patients, parents, and coworkers and makes everyone feel welcome.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep things running smoothly.
