Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. The position offers the opportunity to work with patients of various ages and ability levels while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Treat approximately 8–12 patients per day in an outpatient setting
  • Implement therapy techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
  • Assist with discharge planning and transition of care recommendations
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries using WebPT
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to support quality patient care
  • Stay current with physical therapy techniques, clinical guidelines, and healthcare regulations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support development of clinical protocols
Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts required
  • New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to apply
  • Previous outpatient, inpatient, or home health experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions
  • Experience with orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, and post-operative patient care preferred
  • Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
