Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Are you detail-oriented and looking for a rewarding manufacturing opportunity with long-term potential? We are seeking a Micro Channel Plate (MCP) Inspector to perform quality inspections on precision components in a clean, high-tech production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in quality control, manufacturing, assembly, or inspection who enjoy working with precision products and maintaining high quality standards.

• Inspect, grade, scan, and package precision components
• Identify and document defects or nonconforming products
• Load and unload delicate parts from inspection fixtures
• Enter inspection results and production data into computer systems
• Perform visual inspections using microscopes and inspection equipment
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts
• Monitor supplies and maintain organized work areas
• Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing, quality inspection, assembly, or cleanroom experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Comfortable using microscopes and precision inspection equipment
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or on a team
